lets just say it works in all bastardly problem situations that may make tears fly out of your eyes.

I know. I had to stand up for myself and put the foot down. It was hard, but I did it. Still waiting on a response, though. I guess people are not always what they seem. I wish I would have put that mascara on this morning.
